How much will I pay for shipping?

That’s an easy one. Shipping Starts at $5.95, The more shirts you buy, the more you save on shipping.

How much is shipping for international orders?

At this time we do not offer international orders or international shipping options.  If this policy changes in the future, we will share details on our website.

Will I be able to track my order once it ships?

Yes, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with order tracking details once your order ships

What is your return policy for purchases?

Here at Twisted Threadz, we believe in complete customer satisfaction and our easy return policy reflects that belief. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund.

All returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your items. Returned items must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected by Twisted Threadz, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We understand that ordering the right sizes of shirts is important to you. Because shirt sizes can vary between brands, it can also be confusing. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team through our contact us page if you have a specific question about a specific shirt,

What should I do if I’m having trouble placing my order and reserving my shirt(s)?

If you were not able to complete your order due to issues on our end, we apologize. Please contact us and write “Urgent – Problem Placing Order” in the subject and body of the email form. We will reach out to you and help you place your order and reserve your shirt(s).
